العرائس، مسرح الظل، والفيديو مجرد طرق خفيّة ومدهشة تسرد واقع
الأطفال وخيالاتهم الخاصة بعوالمهم المختزلة وعلاقاتهم مع زملائهم
في المواقع التعليمية، ذويهم ومعلميهم. تستدرج هذه الأدوات ببساطة
ذاكرة خيالية وتصويرية تحفّز الأطفال على التعامل مع محيطهم
وتشجعهم على الاندماج مع مشاكلهم الصغيرة والاعتيادية. فؤاد الطفل
الصغير الذي يواجه مشاكل في التواصل مع أقرانه يبتكر شخصية وهمية
يسمّيها «فراس العطّاس » وينطلق في اللعب مع جارته الصغيرة «كاتيا ،»
حيث يحاولان تخيل حلول جديدة لمشاكل المدينة.

Puppetry, shadow theatre and film are excellent educational tools to
address the challenges in children’s relationships with their friends,
parents and teachers. Through role play and visual performances,
puppetry, film and theatre can stimulate the imagination of their young
viewers and improve their interactions with their surroundings and their
motivations.
Fouad reconciles himself with his identity by creating a puppet, an alter
ego named Firas Al-Attass, or Sneezing Firas. Now able to play with his
neighbor, Katya, together they imagine solutions for the city’s problems.
